Description:
An Artificial Lift Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair and assembly of Artificial Lift Systems used in oil and gas extraction processes. This role involves conducting inspections, testing, assembly and dismantling of Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This includes centrifugal pumps, protectors, gas handlers, and induction motors. The technician will inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment failures. They will also perform assembly of new equipment and dismantle failed equipment for inspection.
In addition, the technician is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities upon completion. The position requires a deep understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic principles, and electrical components, along with a commitment to adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and mechanical aptitude is essential for this role.
Requirements:
1. Must have Valid Driver License
2. Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
3. Able to speak English and Spanish fluently is highly preferred
4. Willing and Able to work Overtime and weekends when needed

8. Technical Proficiency: Understanding mechanical systems, components, and machinery. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in mechanical maintenance and repair.
9. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
10. Attention to Detail: Precision in measurements, assembly, and repairs to ensure machinery operates correctly and safely.
11. Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling tools and components, performing delicate or complex tasks that require steady hands and fine motor skills.
12. Reading and Interpretation: Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
13. Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy to work with diagnostic software, record maintenance activities, and access technical documentation.
14. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
15. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, engineers, and clients, both verbally and in written form
16. Basic Mathematics: Competence in using mathematical concepts for measurements, calculations, and understanding mechanical principles.
17. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records and inventory.
18. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques as the field evolves.
