The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and supporting the Firm’s graphic and branding standards. The Designer will partner with members of the marketing team and senior leadership to ensure continuity in the Firm’s proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing related materials.
Essential Functions:
Maintain the Firm’s branding and graphic standards working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer.
Maintain and develop templates for all graphically related items to promote consistency and continuity.
Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into all deliverables, including but not limited to:
o Job site signage
o Proposals
o Presentations
o Brochures
o Internal office graphics
o Resumes, project profiles
o One sheets
o Handouts
o Tri-folds
o Advertisements
o Sponsorships
o Event booths
o Website
Maintain Marketing Manual
Work with marketing coordinators to design graphics needed for proposals and presentation
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Studio Directors, Segment Leaders, and Business Development to assist in the development of firm responses to RFP's and drafting customized content
Assist in managing the design and inventory of in-house marketing materials via Open Asset.
Work on internal graphics needs, including but not limited to:
o Invitations
o Logos
o Human Resources Initiatives
o Events
o Presentations
o Templates
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with internal marketing projects and materials as necessary
Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related field
2-4 years professional design experience
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
Excellent time management skills
Ability to effectively and confidently prioritize and execute tasks with many competing priorities
Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to provide excellent customer service (internally and externally)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm
