The Role:
As a Recruiter at Xona, you’ll play a key role in growing our world-class engineering and operations teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience from first contact to final interview. What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates using online tools, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone interviews
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate logistics in collaboration with hiring managers
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Help develop and refine job descriptions to reflect Xona’s voice and culture
Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a key representative of our mission and values
What You Bring:
A strong interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (previous experience is a plus but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset—you take initiative and thrive in fast-paced environments
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage competing priorities
Eagerness to learn and grow in the talent space
Passion for space, technology, and innovation is a big plus
Requirements
Full-time, onsite in Burlingame, California (this role is not remote or hybrid)
To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the United States (i.e. Green Card holder), or other protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)

Salary Description
Range for base salary: $80-120k
