Qué Buscamos?
Buscamos un líder proactivo, organizado y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación para gestionar proyectos publicitarios y de marketing digital desde la planificación hasta la entrega. Qué Harás?
Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos publicitarios y de marketing digital.
Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios (creativos, diseñadores, copywriters, UX/UI, SEO, Contenido).
Actuar como punto de contacto principal con el cliente, gestionando sus expectativas y asegurando una comunicación fluida y transparente.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, el presupuesto y los plazos establecidos.
Identificar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto.
Planificar los tiempos y el alcance del equipo, negociando entregables con otros stakeholders.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones, estándares y requisitos legales, especialmente en tecnología, donde la seguridad y privacidad de los datos son primordiales.
Qué buscamos?:
Licenciatura en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia como Project Manager en agencias de publicidad o marketing.
Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos digitales y metodologías ágiles.
Fuerte interés en tecnología y marketing digital
Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita (español e inglés deseable).
