Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations for two key sites. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, managing a team of recruiters, aligning talent strategies with business goals, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Talent Development and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Duties:

Oversee full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, selection, relocation, and onboarding.

Standardize recruiting processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across hiring teams.

Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.

Partner with functional leaders to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.

Enhance the organizationâ s presence in the national STEM workforce pipeline through outreach and partnerships.

Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate).

Manage vendor relationships, including contracts with recruiting firms and job boards.

Implement and optimize recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.

Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.

Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Support DEI hiring efforts and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role

Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, labor laws, and modern hiring techniques

Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Masterâ s degree preferred
