As a Mortgage Loan Originator at our esteemed firm, you will play an essential role in driving our business forward, connecting with new and existing clients to help them achieve their home financing goals.

In this vital role, you will utilize your deep industry knowledge and superior communication and sales skills to build lasting relationships with borrowers, clients, and real estate professionals. Your main goal will be to educate and assist clients in acquiring the best home financing solutions tailored to their needs. Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, and other referral sources to foster business growth.

Be a driving force in acquiring and retaining new and existing clients by effectively managing relationships and client expectations.

Team player available to coworkers, referral sources, and borrowers during standard working hours, and weekends as needed.

Provide ongoing education, support, and marketing for business partners to ensure understanding of home financing products and services.

Work directly with borrowers in qualifying, pulling credit, running Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), pricing loans, collecting necessary documents, and managing the entire mortgage process efficiently from application to closing.

Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethical dealings with borrowers, partners, and employees, ensuring all interactions are conducted honestly.

Daily engagement in activities aimed at connecting with at least 20 leads and active real estate professionals to expand the customer base and originate new loan opportunities.

Utilize excellent communication and persuasion skills to educate and assure clients and partners throughout the loan origination process.Requirements

Demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Active MLO license through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) or the ability to obtain one promptly.

A self-starter with a driven, motivated mindset and a history of sales success.

Proven ability to manage the entire mortgage process from application to closing efficiently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Must embody the characteristics of a sales professional – not an “order taker”.

Possess the ability to be a team player, yet capable of working independently when required.

Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Realtors, builders, and other referral sources to drive loan origination and business success.

Commitment to ethical dealing and integrity in all business interactions.
