Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations.

Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements in generator technology.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with power generators or similar equipment.

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.

Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies as needed.

Must pass background checks and drug screen as required.
