Job Description
$18.50 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:
Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well
Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
Answer phones and direct calls to the correct staff in a friendly and professional manner
Receive clients, vendors, and drop-ins in person and direct them to the proper staff
Do light cleaning around the office
Work Schedule:
4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday
10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays
Option to fill in for full-time receptionists when they are out for any reasonQualifications:
1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skillsAbout Company
