Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Shakopee, MN

Pay: $22 - $29/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Thursday (4x10s), Overtime on Fridays

We are currently looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator with setup expertise to join our team and contribute to our commitment to production excellence.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accuracy.

Perform tool changes and machine adjustments to accommodate different production runs.

Inspect finished parts to verify they meet quality standards, making corrections as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

Requirements

Proven experience in press brake setup and operation (Amada, Trumpf, or similar machines).

Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerances.

Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality results.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
