About the Role

We are currently seeking a Punch Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate the equipment safely and efficiently under the direction of the Punch Press Lead. If you're a reliable team player with a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload metal materials into manufacturing equipment

Operate punch press machines using various materials—coil, strips, and blanks

Ensure finished products meet or exceed customer quality standards

Follow detailed work orders and process instructions

Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any issues

Accurately track part counts and move products through the next job sequence

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment operations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to troubleshoot, follow job routing, and understand tools, fixtures, and measuring devices

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
