Position Summary
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Creative Services create and adapt engaging visual content for Versiti across all consumer touch points. Graphic design and visual content creation will reflect the Versiti brands and value proposition, motivate and inspire target audiences, and meet Versiti's strategic growth objectives to acquire, deepen and retain relationships with donors and the community.

Responsibilities
Branding and Design: Ensure and enable design projects created within corporate marketing, donor marketing, or by approved third parties, convey our mission, position us appropriately and communicate key messages and goals clearly. * Contributes to marketing campaign ideation, collateral and asset development where needed; online and offline, in print, digital and email * Develops and enhances fresh, engaging and relevant visual content across all brand channels to target audience to acquire, retain and deepen relationships * Creation of branded templates for segment use * Contributes to management and maintenance of design assets and projects in shared file server in a clear and understandable way for ease of access by corporate marketing design team * Concept to fulfillment of original, on-brand: offline marketing design projects
VENDOR MANAGEMENT SUPPORT * Coordinate with Supervisor, Creative Services to identify and schedule internal and external resources and vendors to meet project goals * Coordinate with Supervisor, Creative Services to ensure new and existing vendors meet organizational requirements, are in vendor management systems * Coordinate timely fulfillment and delivery of projects
Is always compliant with Versiti brand and regulatory requirements and guidelines
Keeps current with relevant emerging design technologies and trends
Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with cross-departmental teams
Coordinate and implement marketing projects as assigned within specific timeframes
Represents Versiti and department at designated meetings
Maintains required records, reports and files as pertains to areas of responsibility
Participates in professional education to keep up to date on relevant developments in the field
Build relationships with local stakeholders to collaborate and deliver on expectations
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in design field preferred with approved portfolio of work required
Associate's Degree with exceptional portfolio and relevant experience required
Experience
1-3 years in design, creative asset and logistics coordination, and project management required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable and measurable creative briefs required
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office required
Demonstrated ability to report on project status, deliverables and results required
Core graphic design and understanding of page layout and environmental composition required
Conceptualize, design and execute engaging creative concepts: photography, content, layout (graphics, animation, etc.) required
Conceptualize, design and execute engaging digital media concepts: photography, content (graphics, animation, etc.) required
Design engaging digital assets for managed social media required
Ability to translate business objectives into engaging and measurable experiences required
Exceptional project management and ability to deliver action plans preferred
Proven ability to support brand aesthetic in all digital media including web pages including typography, graphics, color, and layout required
Understand and discover our target audiences’ needs, and goals and translate them into creative concepts required
Working knowledge of various email systems and environments, photography, and motion graphics a plus preferred
