Appoointment Setter

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our products or services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

This position is key to driving growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or CRM databases Qualify leads based on predefined criteria Schedule appointments for sales representatives Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas Handle objections professionally and redirect inquiries when necessary Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion Qualifications: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold calling and engaging new prospects Strong organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus Please provide your email address or contact info.
