PLEASE READ CAREFULLY :

THIS ISN'T A JOB OFFER, we are seeking NEW PATIENTS which we pay you a REFFERAL FEE of $200 - $300 PER PATIENT. If you are currently employed in a Hospital, Nursing Home, Home Health, PT, PA, MA, CNA, SITTER or a NURSE, friend, church member or next door neighbor you qualify. Bring your own private patient ( $500 sign on fee) (NO MEDICARE or MEDICAID PATIENTS).
