Restaurant Manager

Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses; organize and supervise shifts, using restaurant management software; control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste research marketing method and recommend ways to research a broader audience; manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it; promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events; train new and current employees on proper customer service practices; implement policies and protocols that will sustain future restaurant operations; estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products; and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirements: At least a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Hospitality Business or Restaurant Management
