Area General Manager : Hotels, Malaysia Position Overview The Area General Manager oversees multiple hotel properties within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and adherence to brand standards.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands:on management to drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and staff development across all locations.
Key Responsibilities include: Operational Oversight and Multi:property management; Financial Leadership; Staff Development; Sales and Marketing and Guest Experience Qualifications, Education and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred). * 10+ years in hotel operations, including 5+ years as a General Manager * Work experience in Malaysia is essential for this role * Proven track record in multi:property management.
