Location: Dayton, MN

Shift(s): Part-Time

Shift 1: Monday/Tues 4-10pm, every other Sat/Sun 4-10pm

Shift 2: Fri 9-5pm, every other Sat/Sun 9-5pm

Shift 3: Tue/Wed 6am-3:30pm,every other Sat/Sun 8-4

Shift 4: Mon/Thurs 12pm-10pm, every other Sat/Sun 12pm-10pm

Shift 5: Wed/Thurs 2pm-10pm, every other Sat/Sun 5pm-10pm

Shift 6: Week 1: Mon 3:30-11pm, Sat 4pm-11pm. Week 2: Sun 4-11pm, Fri 3:30-11pm

Shift 7: Week 1: Mon/Tue/Sat 9-7pm Week 2: Sun/Thurs 9-7pm

Wage: Starting $19.00/ HR

Job Responsibilities

Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral and mental health crisis, coaching through difficult situations, etc.)

Support with behavior management and intervention; including de-escalation and using positive reinforcement techniques

Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed

Administer medication

Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans

Document on service plans as instructed, ensuring accurate records for ongoing support

Complete incident reports

Ensure a safe and structured environment

Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assignedRequirements

At least 18 years of age

Valid MN driver’s license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Report

Reliable transportation with valid insurance

Ability to pass a background check through DHS

1 year of experience as a DSP or similar with behavioral or medical supportsSummary of available Benefits:
