Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)

Rate: $Market/Hour W2 AND VISA INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Back-End Developer with a strong background in .NET and SQL Server development and proven experience in the wealth management domain. As a Lead Developer, you will drive back-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance financial applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in back-end development with .NET technologies.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/Framework, Web API, and SQL Server.

• Solid experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment platforms (e.g., portfolio management, trade processing, client onboarding, risk & compliance).

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
