Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage staff schedules, training, and maintain high service quality.
Record daily sales, expenses, payroll, and prepare financial reports.
Handle vendor relations, inventory tracking, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, tax, and labor regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations and/or accounting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and POS systems.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and under pressure.
