Do you have hands-on IT/OT experience and a passion for solving technical challenges on the ground?
At Maersk, we are looking for an OT Site Support to join our team in Monrovia. You will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting local IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across systems and equipment that keep our terminal running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide end-user support for Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones
Conduct hands-on maintenance and support for local IT infrastructure including servers, datacenter racks, cabling, and network equipment
Support and maintain OT infrastructure such as CCTV/OCR systems, biometric devices, radios, and VMTs
Install, configure, and replace IT/OT hardware and end-user devices
Collaborate with regional IT teams to provide on-site support for incident and change management
Resolve IT/OT incidents within defined service level agreements
Participate in regional CAB meetings to review and support change implementation
Ensure all activities are carried out with attention to confidentiality and operational stability
Who we’re looking for:
BSc in Information Technology or related field; Microsoft and networking certifications are a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), and SQL databases
Hands-on experience with PC hardware, LAN/WAN networks, and HP Proliant server models
Familiarity with terminal-related OT systems such as VMTs, CCTV, and biometric readers
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
Understanding of programming concepts and intranet setup is an advantage
High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills
