The Role

We re seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a growing practice serving a large primary care network in a brand-new ambulatory center.

• Schedule: Monday Friday with 1:6 weekend call

• Call: Includes 24-hour weekday shift (followed by light admin day post-call)

• Scope Includes:

o Full-scope OB and GYN

o Laparoscopy, D&C, missed AB evacuations

o Robotics available at both locations (Si and Xi models)

• Team: Join 4.5 FTE OB/GYNs; expanding to support demand

• Patient Base: 80% low-risk pregnancies

• Delivery Rate: 25-30% C-section

• Technology: Meditech EMR and all-new office equipment

• Facilities: Primary time at new ambulatory center, plus Red Lion Site

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $320,000 $350,000 (based on experience/training)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• At least 1 year of post-residency work experience required

• Must be interested in a full-time, permanent role

• Not accepting Locums or visa candidates

• Strong surgical competency and comfort with OB call expected
