We are seeking an Experienced Systems Engineer to develop laser, electro-optic, and infrared systems for our defense aerospace customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirements analysis and decomposition, system design, and collaboration with engineers from other disciplines. This is an individual contributor role.

This position will require you to be onsite in Merrimack, NH. Because of the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field with 6+ years of related experience; or Master's degree and 4+ years of related experience
Must possess an Active Secret Clearance and be eligible for a SAP/SAR Clearance
Experience on laser development programs, or other electro-optic/infrared development programs
Strong background in requirements analysis and design, with experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers in other disciplines
Experience with integration and test is also desirable
