Kramer Portraits is a high-end portrait studio based in New Jersey and Connecticut. We are looking to add amazing people to our growing team in our remote call center.

We are looking to hire individuals who would love to work remotely, and reside in the United States. This would not be a good position if you are seeking a 'side job'.
The phone sales role involves calling warm leads in the tristate area to book portrait sessions. Our clients are awesome and our business treats them like that. We want every client to have an amazing experience from start to finish. The goal for the telephone sales rep is to keep the studio's schedule fully booked.

What personal qualities and experience are we searching for?
Previous experience: 3 years in a SALES role selling/ upselling products.
CALL CENTER/telemarketing /phone sales role required.
Be able to get excited on the phone with WARM personality and an amazing phone voice.
Must meet weekly sales quota.
Excellent verbal communication with mastery of scarcity and urgency.
Strong ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL with the ability to follow systems and procedures.
Organized and tech savvy.
The ability to work independently and must be driven and competitive.
Your must be a strong sales closer.
Other requirements include:
Fast cable internet connection.
Dedicated home office, computer, P.C. (not a MAC).
2 monitors suggested (not required).
Corded computer headset.
Must be able to work well with colleagues.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, diffuse clients, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
Working Hours?
6 and 8 hour shifts - 30-40 hours per week between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Full-Time), specific time dependent on business needs at time of hiring.
Ideal candidate should be willing to be flexible with hours worked. Occasionally we need to help a team member out, and make up some time.
Do we provide training?:
Yes, training is mandatory and will be held in the comfort of your home during business hours. More information will be provided if you are successful in obtaining the role. Weekly on-going meetings with our Call Center Manager and other agents provide further education and training opportunities.
Bonus pay?
Opportunity to make up to $10,000 per annum in monthly bonuses.
Let's break this down, every agent has a weekly goal, just for hitting that goal every week out of the month is an extra $500 you can count on.

Full-Time and 30 hour employees are entitled to benefits after an initial 60 day waiting period.
