We are seeking an experienced General Radiologist to join our Radiology department here at Waikato Hospital.

Day to day you will be interpreting and reporting imaging studies including CT, Ultrasound and X-Ray. You will be reporting a broad mix of complex clinical cases across general radiology including outpatient and acute imaging.

You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings, teach registrars, and be involved with the continual development of high standards within the department.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Reporting Radiologic studies

Supervising and teaching registrars

Participation in subspecialty multidisciplinary meetings

The Radiology Department carries out approximately 200,000 examinations each year with a major focus on Emergency and Trauma imaging and Oncology.
