Position Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? We’re looking for a Customer Sales Manager (CSM) to lead our efforts in Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) across the region of 1/3 of Poland: pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, dolnośląskie.

Your Role:

As a CSM, you will partner with healthcare professionals to understand their challenges and co-create solutions that enhance patient access to our innovative treatments. Your focus will be on driving launch excellence and optimizing clinic-level uptake, all while building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to foster relationships and drive business growth.

Market Insights: Collaborate with hospitals to understand patient pathways and create tailored solutions.

Launch Strategies: Implement effective launch plans to maximize product adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and scientific leaders to deliver educational events and support.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in healthcare, preferably with experience in hospital settings or rare diseases.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and compliance requirements.

Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
