We are looking for our next Field Support Associate to join our team at TVWD for a 3-6 month seasonal position!
The Position:
As our Field Support Associate, you’ll support the 143 employees who bring safe, clean, and reliable drinking water to over 220,000 customers. With our Asset Management and Operations team, you’ll support basic tasks for our facilities department within this role.
In the Field Support Associate role, you’ll work with our Facilities team performing maintenance tasks like mowing, pruning, weeding, spreading mulch, painting, pressure washing, and any other activities necessary to enhance or improve the District’s facilities and infrastructure. If interested, you will have the opportunity to gain additional building and grounds maintenance experience. Throughout your 3-6 months with us, you'll also learn how our Engineering and Operations Division works. Working as a Field Support Associate is also a great way to gain exposure to the wide variety of career paths in the water utility industry.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old to be considered for this opportunity.
Compensation/Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00-$22.00, depending on experience.
Since this is a 3-6 month seasonal position, no additional benefits will be provided except those required by law.
