Bilingual Machine Operator

We're hiring Bilingual Machine Operators to join our growing team!

If you have experience operating machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and a strong eye for detail, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We're looking for individuals with mechanical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to succeed.

Location: Pleasant Prairie

Schedule: 5am-3pm Monday thru Thursday

Pay rate: $20-23hr- based on experience

Duties:

Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders

Perform general repairs and routine maintenance

Weigh and calibrate levels, ensuring proper machine settings

Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed

Utilize basic computer skills for data recording

Operate and maintain processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, transfers, and coding systems

Requirements:

Bilingual-English/Spanish

2-3yrs experience in Machine Operating

Experience troubleshooting and performing minor repairs

Some mechanical knowledge required

Basic understanding of computers and data entry

Hands-on experience with processing equipment preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
