Sales/Service BDC Representative
Positions Available: 2–3 Openings
Compensation: $2,000–$3,500/month + Commission (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking 2–3 experienced Sales/Service BDC Representatives to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of customer communications, setting appointments, and supporting our sales and service departments through proactive outreach and follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts for sales and service inquiries
Set and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed department goals
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment
Proficient with computers and CRM systems
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
