Nurse Practitioner - PRN

Conduct comprehensive adult/geriatric assessments during visits up to one hour, reviewing health, history, medications, and social factors.

Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers, providing follow-up and health education.

Work in various settings like home visits and skilled facilities with flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Earn $2,000-$10,000/month based on completed assessments, with mileage reimbursement and no benefits except 401(k).

Requirements include current RN and NP licensure, certification, 1+ year experience, strong communication skills, and ability to travel locally.
