Director, Substance Use Services

Responsible for overseeing inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs in a behavioral health setting, ensuring high-quality clinical care and effective program development.

Supervises, trains, and evaluates clinical staff, promoting staff development and positive employee relations.

Ensures clinical documentation compliance with regulatory standards and develops evidence-based treatment modalities for co-occurring disorders.

Promotes a safe environment, adheres to safety protocols, and participates in quality initiatives.

Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and strong communication across departments.

Demonstrates integrity, compassion, and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and supporting organizational values.

Requires a master's degree, licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), addiction certification, and at least 7 years of experience, including 2+ in leadership, with expertise in evidence-based treatments like MAT, CBT, and MI.
