Licensed Physical Therapist

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide services for children with developmental disabilities, aged 2 years 9 months to 21 years at therapeutic and school programs.

Responsibilities include evaluating, treating, and assessing children, maintaining documentation, participating in team meetings, and developing/updating IEPs.

Qualifications: Doctorate of Physical Therapy, NYS License preferred, 1+ year pediatric experience desired.
