Program Therapist (IOP/PHP Group Therapist)

Seeking full-time Program Therapists for IOP and PHP at a leading mental health clinic.

Provide group, individual, and family therapy using evidence-based methods to diverse populations.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the treatment team.

Document care in EMR, evaluate progress, and support clients and families through psychoeducation.

Location: Arlington Heights; Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm; Salary: $55k-$80k + $5k evening shift incentive.

Qualifications: Master s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent Illinois license (LSW, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
