Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a new dual diagnosis program focused on treating individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Provide medical evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions independently or with a team.

Develop patient treatment plans, assess health, and coordinate care with staff and families.

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; and support health promotion.

Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications include a Master s in Nursing, board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, licensure in the state, DEA license, and preferred one year of experience.
