The position
As Senior Filling Professional – Equipment Responsible, you will assume the role of equipment responsible, taking charge of ensuring optimal performance of the equipment on the filling line.
The responsibility includes Systematic Problem Solving, developing Change Requests, handling deviations and implementing preventive measures while also leading optimizations and performance stabilization activities. We work collaboratively with the entire department to ensure the stability of the organization's production equipment, and we share on rotation 24/7 on call duty, to maintain best performance of our production lines.
Our team works together with many stakeholders internally as well as externally and both foreign and domestic suppliers.
Your main focus will be on:
Being responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment through continuous improvement initiatives and preventive measures.
Ensuring a robust systematic problem-solving process involving multiple stakeholders.
Being responsible for timely and consistent flow in calibration and maintenance activities
Supporting the skilled workers to enhance their knowledge of tolerances, fine adjustments and focusing on other similar areas that drive optimal performance of filling lines.
Performing detailed documentation work.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in production or mechanical engineering or similar.
Minimum +5 years of documented relevant experience with GMP and equipment maintenance and optimization.
Demonstrate Understanding of how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning, and tolerances can influence manufacturing flow especially on automation systems (automated servo transport etc.) and an experience of using these levers to improve performance.
Fluency in English, with willingness to learn Danish or knowledge of Danish.

About the department
You will be joining our highly motivated department, consisting of committed craftsmen and professionals. Our primary task is to prepare for the production start-up of a brand-new isolator filling line. We are currently in the project phase but will soon take over equipment responsibility.
