Systems Engineer / Programmer

Uintah County IT has a full-time on-site systems engineer/programmer position available. Uintah County IT is solely responsible for all servers running multiple applications, the complete network infrastructure, as well as creating and maintaining county-specific accounting, recording, and auditing programs. Several integration projects are required to provide seamless integration between third- party applications and county systems.

Six to eight years of Information Technology Experience is . Experience in Systems Integrations, Server Management, Oracle Database, SQL, GIS, Apex, and Java Script would be the perfect blend of skills to excel in this position. Knowledge of Hyland's OnBase digital document management system would be a great addition.

Qualifications

Ability to solve problems with minimal support and documentation of issues that arise and solutions provided.

Design and implement secure and efficient software solutions and provide clear and concise documentation for the programming team as well as specific end-user documentation.

Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills and a desire to find the best available solution.

Perform quality work to create quality solutions.

Able to work independently or as a team member as required based on the project.

Hardwired to find the primary issue and follow through to completion.

COMPENSATION

$42.13 min, 46.43 mid, 50.73 max (per hour)
