Position Summary:

As Computer Programmer, you will support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic on Navy bases in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is part of a contract expected to be awarded in Q2 of 2025. Clearance Requirement:

Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Create and edit webpages developed in .Net, HTML, and JavaScript

Work in an Agile development environment Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

High School diploma or GED

IAT level I (A+, CCNA Security, CND, or Network+ CE) or level II (Security+ CE, CySA+, CND, or CCNA+ Security) compliant certification, depending on role

Must have Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM) or Certified Development Professional (CSDP) certification

Level 3: Six (6) years' experience in computer programming

Level 4: Eight (8) years' experience in computer programming

Experience with all of the following:

Database Development

Web page design

Computer Based Training

Development using .NET tools and Integrated Development Environments

Asp.net

MS SQL Server 20XX

HTML

CSS

JavaScript Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience supporting the US Navy Physical Demands and Expectations:

Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting (up to 30 pounds), and standing; occasional prolonged sitting

Ability to speak, read, hear and write, with or without assistance

Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax and other office equipment
