Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Group Aviation Trading Team. Our new colleague will be responsible for the Business Development and Market Sales&Supply according to the best possible conditions for the company in the region in all segments (Wholesale & Into-Plane) from all sources (Own Production & 3rd Party Purchase) in the relevant area.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the execution and coordination of Business Development and Market Sales&Supply activities within scope on regional level. Responsible for the short- and long-term planning (IP, TP, BP, SP) and forecasting of the relevant area.

You will take ownership of both internal and external customer satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Your efforts will enhance all elements of the value stream—including Feedstock and Product Supply, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales—directly impacting the customer experience.

Lead negotiations with key business partners, managing relationships with key accounts within your scope. Additionally, you will identify and secure potential partners in Wholesale, Logistics, and Into-Plane services to expand business opportunities.

Identify market needs, develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the business objectives of your region

Provide technical coordination of sales supports operating within the given area in group companies.

Contribute to the preparation and execution of Business Strategies, including the development of Business Cases, Strategy Execution Plans, and Country Concepts. You will actively drive the achievement of strategic targets while continuously identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Create decision-making proposals, presentations, reports and analyses supporting the planning, quality, margin, performance and project management of the relevant area in form and frequency specified by the business manager. Additionally, you will participate in projects and ad hoc tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Ensure the internal and external compliance with the effective laws, regulations and corporate directives within its area. You will develop frameworks, guidelines, policies, and processes to maintain compliance and uphold business integrity.

What do we expect?

University degree (economics, business, trade...)

Minimum 3 years in the oil industry is an advantage

Professional fluent English

Knowledge of economics, foreign trade, logistics, production, legal

Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking

Business and result oriented
