Job Description:

Xclusive Wheels and Tires is seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Tech, you will be responsible for tire installation, repair, and maintenance on various vehicles. We’re looking for someone with experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Mount, balance, and install tires on cars, trucks, and other vehicles.

Inspect tires for wear, damage, and other issues.

Repair punctures and other minor tire damage.

Rotate, align, and balance tires to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Tire Technician or similar role.

Knowledge of tire repair, mounting, balancing, and alignment.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and tires (up to 75 lbs.).

Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Excellent work ethic and team player attitude.
