We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable (AR) Collector to join our team in Conakry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing credit risk and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up in line with dunning policy
Coordinate with Sales and Collections teams to resolve outstanding issues
Complete all credit reviews before expiration to avoid audit risks
Respond to or escalate customer emails promptly and accurately
Ensure compliance with relevant local credit and collections legislation
Identify and support process improvements within the collections function
Communicate standard processes clearly with internal stakeholders
Use financial data, credit reports, and historical customer behavior to assess credit risk
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all credit-related processes
Escalate cases for further investigation when needed
Who we are looking for:
Experience in AR, collections, or finance operations
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills in French; English is a strong advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
