Description
Lead a team that oversees incentive governance and colleague performance across the commercial segment, including sales, portfolio management, service and support.
Responsible for developing and coordinating execution of incentive plans based on segment initiatives, strategies, service and implementation, performance/profitability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive segment performance.
Drive the performance management roadmap in support of strategic initiatives.
Liaison to finance and analytics teams to develop reporting, analytics, and insights to enhance commercial segment performance.
Liaison to HR teams, including segment HR Business Partners and Total Rewards team
Develop, enhance and implement reporting tools and scorecards, metrics and insights to rank and drive performance.
Cultivate relationships across the segment to ensure strong collaboration and joint problem-solving.
Lead, engage, coach, develop and direct the team. Oversee incentive governance activities, including plan acknowledgements and quality controls
Drive business process improvement and workflow optimization.
Ensure that stakeholders are aware of the information, tools and resources available to them.
Continually improve processes through simplification and automation.
Core Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of related experience in incentive governance, performance management, and colleague performance
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience working in bank or other similar financial institutions
Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues in a team-oriented environment to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Demonstrated business acumen, strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, responsiveness to tight timelines
High level of strategic and analytical skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability in cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to synthesize problems and develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies.
Ability to drive execution of strategies, acting independently and/or in collaboration with other stakeholders as appropriate.
Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different areas and in complex organizational environments with effective matrix engagement capability.
Ability to communicate, influence, and operate effectively across business functions and organizational levels.
Excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information and excellent follow-up skills.
Proven ability to understand requirements and impacts from both technical and business perspectives.
