Guest Service Representative

Guest Service Representative Columbus, OH Staybridge Suites is currently seeking part-time Guest Service Representatives in Columbus, Ohio.

In this role, you will be responsible for checking guests in/out, responding to guest's requests and all other duties assigned.

The right candidate will have: Previous hotel experience preferred but not required Previous customer service experience required Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required Our Guest Service Representatives will: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome Maintain, monitor, and update group information on the hotel's records as necessary Process guest check-in and check-out smoothly and correctly Pay: Dependent on experience If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume today!
