Duties and Responsibilities
Manage equipment built in the US and Japan
Manage installation of equipment
Ensure part quality for trials.
Schedule and oversee line trails
Communicate with other departments to ensure successful production launch.
Develop machine processes and equipment layouts.
Develop and implement cost saving ideas
Extensive Travel
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
Good communication skills
Ability to work weekends.
Ability for overnight travel including international travel.
Ability to map out and design good process flows.
Ability to work both on a team or individually.
Knowledgeable of Robotic Welding and Resistance Welding Tooling processes
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of robotic systems.
Experience with Autocad and/or Solidworks or other drafting software.
Educational Requirements:
Engineering Degree preferred but not required
