ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Must live in or be willing to relocate to Oregon

Guaranteed salary for the first 9-12 months with a transition to a productivity-based model once established

As a OnePeak Medical Provider, you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential

4 Day work weeks, 3 day weekends

Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales

Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, Ph.D. for all new providers

Supportive preceptor program offering mentorship and training from experienced providers

New providers start out with 40-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments

In-house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS

Unrestricted license (required)

Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care (required)

Current, or in-process, Oregon state license (preferred)

OR DEA license (preferred)
