Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a GoArmy Contact Center Customer Care Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective recruits, representing the U.S. Army and providing them with essential information. As part of the front-line team, you'll help shape their first impression and play a key role in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and record contact information from potential U.S. Army recruits.
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
Manage and distribute recruitment leads to appropriate local recruiters.This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively on behalf of the U.S. Army.
Qualifications:
Required: Prior military service.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Customer service experience.Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: From $17.20 per hour
Additional: $4.57 hourly Health and Wellness stipend
