We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in our Commercial Real Estate group. This individual will be responsible for all phases of relationship management and business development. They will examine, evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for commercial real estate loans.
Responsibilities

Develop relationships with middle market/commercial real estate clients and commercial business clients
Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
Negotiate approved terms conditions with borrowers
Acquire qualified referrals from existing clients and investors
Cross sell bank products and services
Administer existing loan portfolios
Extensive relationship management
Analyze financial statements and perform underwriting duties
Identifies and analyze potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loans
Advise loan manager of external factors that may affect establishment lending policies, such as new or revised legislation and regulations
Manage and lead team of relationship managers and support staff
need to independently handle BSA audit, loan and deposit audits or related matters.

Qualifications
10+ years CRE lending and portfolio management experience
Strong Finance background
Strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX, and Derivative products
Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or other related field
Prefer someone with existing book of business and also the ability to develop new relationships
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
Full-Time
