Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shadows, assists + learns in one of our PENZONE Salon locations with a designated mentor

Gains salon experience and earns hours towards a Cosmetology License

Professionally interacts with guests and PENZONE team members

Experiences the PENZONE brand + gains understanding on what a future career would look like in our salons

Follows all Ohio State Board of Cosmetology Internship compliance requirements

Receives and recognizes all verbal + written feedback provided by professionals with the intention to grow individual skills

Builds knowledge and confidence as a new artist and as a professional

Ensures school + State board are provided with necessary paperwork + tracked hours

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

16 years of age or older

Actively in a school program pursuing a state license in cosmetology + have completed at least 750 hours

Required to provide a letter of recommendation from Cosmetology Instructor

Must successfully complete the PENZONE interview process to be selected for an internship position

BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATION:

Earn up to 300 hours towards Ohio State Board Cosmetology License
