Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Policy Management: Develop and manage insurance policies tailored to clients' specific requirements, ensuring they receive optimal coverage.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting suitable insurance products to clients.
Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients, advising on the best insurance products to suit their needs.
Compliance: Ensure all sales adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new methods and technologies in the insurance industry
