Job Description
$60,000 - $85,000Responsibilities:
Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials
Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
Provide contract assistance to transaction coordinators or other real estate team members, as well as filing all paperwork efficiently
Provide assistance to realtors when needed
Record all office expenses and invoices, complete basic bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with the monthly budgetQualifications:
2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalentAbout Company
