Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and has experience programming using Mazatrol conversational language

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and plan machining tasks based on work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications

Program and set up CNC mills and lathes, establishing zero/reference points and adjusting tool registers, offsets, and other settings

Install and configure machine components including chucks, tools, bushings, cams, gears, and vices

Load raw materials and operate machinery to produce high-quality parts

Inspect and verify initial and sample workpieces using precision measurement tools to ensure adherence to international standards

Monitor machining operations such as drilling, turning, facing, and knurling; adjust and troubleshoot as needed

Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary

Maintain accurate records of production and comply with all safety regulations and quality procedures

Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist

Hands-on experience with Mazak lathes, mills, or multi-tasking machines

Understanding of both G-code and conversational programming in Mazatrol

Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles

Basic math and computer skills

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to identify process improvement opportunities

Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety practices

Familiarity with tooling coordination and supply management
