We are expanding to add a life insurance specialist to cover our agencies! We are seeking a passionate, self-driven sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives to sell, market, and service our life insurance and supplemental insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

Responsibilities
Exceed fair and attainable production goals by working our over 10,000 policies in force and closing deals referred by our other 10+ P&C agents!
Solicits for new business via networking, community involvement, phone conversations, and other lead sources, including our two existing books of P&C business.
Work new leads to develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, refer retirement opportunities, and close insurance sales.
Developongoing networking relationships for referrals fromReal Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, our current staff, etc.
Contactall new customers and explain what you do to enhance the relationship and help them protect and grow their assets.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
A life & health license is required
