Conduct thorough assessments of training needs by analyzing job roles, career paths, and performance appraisals and work closely with BDM and leaders

Collaborate with management to identify company-wide training requirements and conduct gap analysis to address skill deficiencies effectively.

Design and implement soft-skill training sessions and insurance license training programs to enhance the capabilities of our agents and sales teams.

Plan and implement an effective training curriculum focused on distribution channel development and productivity

Conduct training sessions distribution teams, providing guidance on prosepcting, objection handling and achieving sales excellence.

Help the agents for insurance license exams, providing necessary support and resources to ensure success.

Prepare reports and analyze data related to training activities, including attendance, performance metrics, and training effectiveness.

Utilize data insights to evaluate the impact of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with management team to identify the training needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Work closely with stakeholders to plan and implement effective training strategies that support the growth and development of the agency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in training needs assessment, program development, and delivery, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

MIA train-the-trainer certificate holder is preferable.
